Product Manager

About the role
We're looking for a Product Manager to own key product areas at SeekMySpace. You'll define the product roadmap, conduct user research, and work with engineering and design to ship features that delight both space seekers and space owners.
What you'll do
- Define and prioritise the product roadmap based on user research, data, and business goals
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to deeply understand customer needs
- Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features on time
- Analyse product metrics (engagement, conversion, retention) and iterate based on data
- Communicate product strategy and progress to leadership and stakeholders
What we're looking for
- 4–6 years of product management experience at a tech company
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketplace, SaaS, or consumer tech products
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
Nice to have
- Experience in proptech, real estate, or hospitality tech
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Experience working in an early-stage startup
