Customer Support Lead

About the role

We're looking for a Customer Support Lead to build and scale our support operations. You'll set up processes, hire and train the support team, and ensure every SeekMySpace user gets world-class help when they need it.

What you'll do

  • Set up and manage customer support operations from the ground up
  • Hire, train, and lead a team of support agents
  • Define SLAs, workflows, and escalation procedures
  • Monitor and improve key support metrics (response time, resolution time, CSAT)
  • Build a knowledge base and self-service resources for users
  • Work with product and engineering to relay customer feedback and bugs

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of customer support or success experience, with at least 1 year in a lead role
  • Experience setting up support tooling (Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Strong people management skills — you motivate and elevate your team
  • Data-driven approach to measuring support quality
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplace or platform customer support
  • Familiarity with chatbot and automation tools
  • Experience building help centres and FAQ resources
  • Background in hospitality or real estate customer service
