Customer Support Lead

About the role
We're looking for a Customer Support Lead to build and scale our support operations. You'll set up processes, hire and train the support team, and ensure every SeekMySpace user gets world-class help when they need it.
What you'll do
- Set up and manage customer support operations from the ground up
- Hire, train, and lead a team of support agents
- Define SLAs, workflows, and escalation procedures
- Monitor and improve key support metrics (response time, resolution time, CSAT)
- Build a knowledge base and self-service resources for users
- Work with product and engineering to relay customer feedback and bugs
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of customer support or success experience, with at least 1 year in a lead role
- Experience setting up support tooling (Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong people management skills — you motivate and elevate your team
- Data-driven approach to measuring support quality
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
Nice to have
- Experience in marketplace or platform customer support
- Familiarity with chatbot and automation tools
- Experience building help centres and FAQ resources
- Background in hospitality or real estate customer service
