City Launch Manager

About the role
We're expanding to new cities across India and need a City Launch Manager to lead the charge. You'll be responsible for launching SeekMySpace in new markets — from signing space owners to driving initial bookings.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end city launches across designated markets
- Identify, acquire, and onboard high-quality space owners in each new city
- Build relationships with local real estate players, brokers, and property managers
- Coordinate with marketing to drive demand-side activation in new markets
- Set up local operations (verification, quality checks, photography)
- Track launch metrics and report progress to leadership
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, operations, or marketplace supply acquisition
- Strong network in commercial real estate or co-working in at least one major Indian city
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within India
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in new markets
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus
Nice to have
- Experience launching a marketplace or on-demand service in new cities
- Background in real estate, hospitality, or coworking operations
- Experience managing a small team
- MBA or equivalent business experience
